Years of guiding for big operators left us with the same frustration: forty people on a coach, a megaphone, and twelve minutes at every stop. The places deserved better, and so did the travelers. So we built the opposite.
Wayfarer trips stay small on purpose — usually eight to twelve people — and every one is led by a guide who actually lives in the region. We partner with locally owned lodges, boats, and kitchens, build in time to slow down, and price everything honestly up front so there are no surprises on the road.
The best trips change you a little, and leave the places you visit a little better too. Our job is to handle every detail flawlessly, then get out of the way so the real moments can happen.
